Supervise landfill scale-house operations and customer service staff while overseeing scheduling, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash receipts, purchasing documentation, and monthly financial reporting. The role supports workflow improvement, staff development, customer issue resolution, administrative operations, and coordination with finance and purchasing teams.

Leads Garland Power & Light’s accounting, budgeting, finance, procurement, GIS, ERCOT settlements, electric rates, and bond-related activities. Oversees approximately $400 million in annual operating revenues and expenditures and $500 million in capital improvements. Develops financial plans, budgets, forecasts, capital structures, rate scenarios, financial reporting, and purchasing compliance. Presents financial plans to city leadership and council while managing accounting, settlement, and GIS teams.
