Leads the creative vision and development of major themed-entertainment capital projects from concept through execution. Lead brand stewardship and integrated marketing for Aquatica Orlando. Develop annual marketing plans, drive seasonal campaigns, manage website and guest communications, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and use market intelligence to grow attendance and revenue.

Lead paid media strategy and investment to drive attendance, revenue, and brand awareness. Own media planning across digital and traditional channels, build measurement frameworks (attribution, MMM, incrementality), manage forecasting and KPIs, direct integrated marketing execution (content, partnerships, creative), lead and mentor a media and content team, manage agency and partner relationships, and present results to senior leadership.

Support the Entertainment Costuming Department by managing laundry, shoe repair, costume deliveries, inventory, and quality assurance; collaborate with production and outside contractors; assist with sewing, fabric stocking, and project timelines while following safety protocols and flexible schedules.

Maintains confidential records, enters data, supports material inventory, communicates with ambassadors, vendors, and guests, documents theming orders and installations, monitors an entertainment phone line, records meeting notes, and maintains clean work areas and vehicles. The role requires Microsoft Office knowledge, strong communication, confidentiality, physical ability to handle up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability for varying shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
