Lead marketing strategy and execution for SeaWorld Orlando to increase attendance, revenue, brand distinction, customer engagement, and profitability. Oversee advertising, promotions, media, digital, social, loyalty, grassroots partnerships, creative services, reporting, analytics, and a significant marketing budget. Partner with corporate and sales leadership, guide teams, monitor performance, optimize tactics, and deliver executive-level presentations and business recommendations.

Develops and manages social media content for Busch Gardens across owned channels. Responsibilities include content planning, production, editing, community management, influencer programs, brand monitoring, social reporting, asset library management, and coordination with marketing, PR, agencies, and guest services. The role supports integrated storytelling, digital marketing performance, content shoots, and brand consistency across social, digital, and traditional media.

Creates and organizes branded graphic, video, signage, digital, social, email, sales, and in-park marketing content for Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Coordinates with agencies and internal teams, supports photo and film shoots, maintains the asset library, and ensures brand consistency across channels. The role is on-site and may require nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manages transportation, parcel shipping, freight, 3PL providers, and carrier relationships. Oversees FedEx and UPS performance, contract support, freight auditing, invoice discrepancies, transportation budgets, KPI reporting, compliance, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborates with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Merchandising, and IT to improve logistics efficiency and service levels.

Supports HR operations for assigned business units, including employee relations, investigations, performance management, training, compliance, benefits, recruiting assistance, timekeeping issues, employee engagement, and policy communication. Maintains training and HR records, researches HR best practices, supports employment-law compliance, and helps improve HR processes and the employee experience.
