Create and revise area schedules, audit and edit timecards, maintain line schedules and minor workforce logs, analyze labor utilization and staffing patterns, provide TMM training and timekeeping support, assist payroll/scheduling issue resolution, and perform related clerical tasks to support workforce planning.

Provide administrative and people-facing support for HR: answer inquiries, maintain confidential electronic records, ensure policy and legal compliance, perform data entry, filing, reporting, and general HRIS/Microsoft Office tasks while supporting the HR team in a fast-paced theme-park environment.

Manage candidate experience for frontline roles: review applications, conduct in-person placement interviews, communicate with applicants, complete new-hire processing and I-9 verification, track candidates in ATS, assist HR with administrative and recruitment tasks, and support onsite hiring events.

Seasonal role supporting live shows by preparing, repairing, laundering, and inventorying costumes; assisting performers and occasionally performing stagehand duties. Requires paperwork, cleaning, and flexible shifts.

Supervise a shift of water-safety Ambassadors and Senior Guards, enforce safety procedures, manage schedules, attendance, training and performance, complete audits and paperwork, assist with onboarding/training and limited pre/post-season setup, and ensure exemplary guest service and operational standards.

Lead and supervise cast and crew for shows and events, maintain artistic and operational integrity, manage schedules/timecards, run rehearsals and production processes, collaborate with production and operations teams, train and evaluate team members, and support park safety and departmental objectives.
