Leads business systems, program, project, and portfolio management for a credit union. Oversees strategic planning, governance, project delivery, business process improvement, enterprise architecture, requirements management, vendors, core banking system releases, access controls, and technical support. Manages and develops Business Solutions personnel while ensuring alignment between Information Services initiatives and organizational objectives.

Process incoming/outgoing mail and deposits, manage mailroom and visitor entrance, handle returned mail and courier preparation, assist with account verifications, Share/IRA certificate reviews, and serve as backup for ACH processing. Provide administrative support, respond to member and vendor inquiries, perform equipment maintenance coordination, and coordinate with stakeholders. On-site position in Lanham, MD.

Short-term (approx. 3 months) outreach role to drive membership growth and represent FedChoice at community events, federal sites, conferences, and membership drives. Support event logistics, onboard prospective members, process applications, maintain outreach records, coordinate with branches and marketing, and promote financial products while building relationships with partner organizations.

Direct and supervise lending operations, develop lending strategy, manage consumer and real estate lending, ensure compliance, and lead team development.
