Acquire and source vehicle inventory across locations by building relationships with wholesalers/retailers, attending auctions, using live and online channels, negotiating purchases, and maintaining market awareness of vehicle values.

Greet and assist customers through the vehicle purchase process, matching clients with suitable vehicles, building relationships with new and returning customers, and following a proven sales process with managerial support. Participate in paid training, choose between commission or base-plus-bonus pay plans, and pursue advancement within the dealership.
