Coordinate sales-related activities for Clayton Manufacturing, supporting sales and production teams with order processing, documentation, customer communication, and administrative tasks to help ensure timely delivery and a positive customer experience.

Lead regional accounting operations, manage general ledger, AP, fixed assets, job cost and inventory accounting, support month/quarter-end close, develop reporting, internal controls, and financial systems, provide variance analysis and accounting guidance to divisions, and oversee/coach accounting staff.

Lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programs across Financials, SCM, EPM, and OTM. Own integrated plans, risk/dependency management, governance, executive reporting, cutover/go-live readiness, vendor coordination, and PMO standards to drive multi-workstream delivery and business outcomes.

Coordinate and deliver new-hire orientation and training programs, design training materials, support TMX initiatives, monitor new hires through their first 90 days, maintain training room, and assist production leadership with trainer selection and training logistics.
