Oversees office administration, accounting, and human resources functions in a hospitality setting. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, accounts payable, file maintenance, petty cash reconciliation, workers’ compensation claims, employee housing and uniform administration, office supply management, and confidentiality compliance. The role also supports safety programs, manager-on-duty coverage, community events, and general office operations while supervising staff as needed.
