Lead multiple managed-services lines delivering dealer-facing services; set strategy and operating plans, drive AI/automation adoption, manage budgets and vendors, resolve escalations, partner cross-functionally, build and coach distributed teams, and improve service quality, efficiency, and dealer satisfaction at scale.

Partner with Retail Consumer Engineering and Product leaders to drive talent strategies, organizational design, change management (including AI adoption), workforce planning, performance and compensation processes, employee engagement, and HR policy compliance. Provide day-to-day HR advisory, analyze people data to inform retention and capability-building strategies, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence and Employee Relations to resolve employee issues.

Drive new account acquisition for Cox Business by identifying prospects, conducting research and sales presentations, negotiating deals, and managing territory sales plans. Use cold calling, networking, and CRM tools to meet quotas while collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions like phone, data, and cloud services.

Consult with leaders to diagnose performance gaps and design scalable, learner-centered solutions (facilitation, coaching, performance support, or blended approaches). Lead end-to-end initiatives, facilitate inclusive learning for all levels, apply AI-enabled tools ethically, evaluate impact with data, and partner with stakeholders and vendors to drive workforce capability and continuous improvement. Frequent travel and project leadership required.

Operate a PBX/multi-line phone system to answer and route calls, greet visitors, handle mail and faxes, perform clerical duties (printing, filing, data entry), train relief receptionists, and support safety protocols. May work overtime and perform other tasks as assigned.

Serve as a liaison between clients, repossession agents, and operations to ensure vehicle movement, monitor service performance, resolve operational issues, deliver performance reporting, onboard partners, and drive continuous improvement to meet SLAs.

Manage enterprise learning and leadership development by designing engaging programs, conducting needs analyses, facilitating workshops, managing external partners, integrating learning with talent and performance processes, and measuring impact to drive capability building and business outcomes.

Lead and support M&A, investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Perform market and financial analysis, valuation and due diligence, coordinate cross-functional teams, support deal execution and integration planning, and prepare executive communications to drive transaction decisions and value realization.

Provide nationwide post-sale support for low-touch commercial clients across in-lane, online and private sales. Manage transaction processing, payment approvals, audits, reporting, SOPs, and cross-functional escalation while educating clients on Manheim services to meet contractual SLAs.
