The COO provides executive leadership for operations, HR, IT, security, and multi-campus infrastructure. Responsibilities include translating vision into scalable systems, driving operational excellence, process improvement, capital project oversight, accountability frameworks, vendor and budget management, and developing leaders to enable growth while preserving culture and ministry priorities.
