Supports credit application reviews, credit-limit recommendations, financial statement and business-report analysis, commodity-market risk assessment, and customer account maintenance. The role collaborates with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders while gaining exposure to databases, orchestration tools, APIs, industrial data systems, and enterprise technologies. This is an on-site internship in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Analyzes grain, livestock, and feedstuffs markets to identify business opportunities, develops risk and market reports, supports commodity trading strategies, maintains business databases, and delivers strategic and ad hoc analyses to commercial and senior leadership teams.

Produces daily position and profit-and-loss reporting for the trading group, management, and financial reporting teams. Responsibilities include compiling contract, shipment, and settlement data; preparing mark-to-market entries; performing reconciliations; reviewing trading policies; communicating business developments; supporting trading-system development and testing; and improving documentation and processes.

Supports procurement activities including bid requests, spend analysis, vendor research and relationship management, contractor compliance, order tracking, delivery follow-up, vendor scorecards, data extraction, and procurement reporting. The intern works with internal stakeholders and suppliers to execute sourcing, purchasing, and performance-tracking processes while providing project updates and strategic recommendations.

Supports plant managers and maintenance teams by troubleshooting operations, improving process efficiency, analyzing data, and developing predictive and preventative maintenance programs. This on-site internship requires shift flexibility, physical activity, safety adherence, and occasional overnight travel in a bioethanol production environment.

Acts as the primary IT contact for company operations, analyzing business and systems processes, gathering requirements, designing and testing solutions, documenting processes, and supporting application implementations. The role develops test plans, acceptance criteria, reports, and ROI analyses; leads small to medium projects; manages scope and stakeholder expectations; resolves systems conversion issues; and provides user training and post-implementation support.
