Designs, coordinates, delivers, and evaluates nursing and clinical staff education, onboarding, orientation, continuing education, competency assessments, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborates with healthcare leaders and interprofessional teams to address practice gaps, support evidence-based care, maintain competencies, and promote staff retention and professional growth.

Leads administration and enhancement of the Foote Fellows Honors Program, coordinating student support, recruitment, retention, programming, communications, budgeting, data analysis, research, and university-wide partnerships. Designs events and educational opportunities, promotes curricular flexibility, supports student engagement, develops program recommendations, and assists with broader Office of Academic Enhancement initiatives.

Supervises simulation technologists and oversees daily medical simulation operations, including simulator setup, calibration, audiovisual systems, scenario programming, troubleshooting, recording, and debriefing support. Collaborates with faculty and instructional teams on curriculum development, manages vendors and technology upgrades, maintains technical records and inventory, supports mobile simulation programs, and contributes to budgeting, procurement, safety, quality improvement, and staff development.

Perform general clerical and accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, ledger postings, deposits, transaction data entry, researching and resolving discrepancies, preparing reports, and supporting month-end closings while adhering to university policies.

Provide high-touch, confidential endpoint, mobile, and audiovisual support to senior leadership and VIPs. Serve as primary escalation for complex incidents, design and optimize executive endpoint and AV environments, coordinate cross-functional resolution, provide on-site and after-hours event support, and advise leadership on technology risk and strategy.

Lead day-to-day administration of NIH institutional training grants: manage trainee appointments and compliance in eRA Commons/xTrain, oversee budgets and reporting (RPPRs), coordinate recruitment/onboarding, develop SOPs and tracking systems, supervise program staff, and support grant renewals and program evaluation.

Coordinate and manage projects supporting Miller School of Medicine fundraising, stewardship, and donor engagement. Provide administrative and logistical support to gift officers, organize events, prepare briefing materials, manage constituent records in i-BIS, and assist with donor communications and stewardship activities.

Manage a data science team to develop and deploy analytics and big-data solutions for clinical settings. Conduct assessments, perform complex queries, statistical and predictive modeling, integrate datasets, present actionable insights, lead process improvement, oversee infrastructure, budgets, staffing, and ensure compliance with university policies.
