Performs accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable, purchasing, and fiscal administration for UHealth Facilities Operations and Planning. Prepares financial statements, monitors budgets, analyzes variances, processes invoices and purchase orders, manages charge-outs and cost recoveries, and supports year-end close. The role ensures compliance with accounting policies, safeguards funds, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and provides financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Manages financial operations for assigned university cost centers, including budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation, expenditure control, financial reporting, and fiscal analysis. Reviews and approves transactions, supports faculty and staff with cost allocation and financial guidance, trains users on university systems, and assists with space utilization and equipment reporting. The role also contributes to budget compliance, year-end closing, recurring fiscal functions, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Coordinates Enrollment Management communications, including planning, CRM-based deployment, content review, calendars, testing, and delivery. Collaborates with campus partners, manages financial aid communications, reviews digital and website content, supports messaging campaigns, and uses analytics to improve engagement and processes. Requires strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, attention to detail, and CRM or database experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn conditional logic, Liquid markup, and query writing.

Develops and manages communications for the School of Nursing and Health Studies, including news stories, profiles, web content, publications, social media, newsletters, events, and executive communications. Translates academic and technical information for general audiences, supports grant and award writing, coordinates student interns, maintains editorial and brand standards, and collaborates with enterprise marketing, communications, creative, and crisis teams.

Provides data and application support for the Division of Development and Alumni Relations. Fulfills and validates mailing lists, donor reports, demographic analyses, and other data requests; investigates application and data issues; supports user acceptance testing, system upgrades, and migrations; gathers business requirements; and maintains application and process documentation while protecting confidential information.

Support and optimize divisional business systems by eliciting and documenting requirements, managing projects, creating test/use cases, onboarding and training users, configuring Qualtrics and in-house systems, overseeing MDM (Intune/Apple Configurator), coordinating vendor support, retiring legacy applications, and recommending data-driven process improvements.
