Leads UHealth’s enterprise AI strategy, governance, clinical adoption, evaluation, validation, investment, and strategic partnerships. Advises the CEO and executive leadership, identifies high-impact clinical applications, oversees vendor selection and implementation frameworks, measures patient and workforce outcomes, leads change management, and advances national thought leadership through publications, presentations, media engagement, and policy participation.

The Sr. Administrative Assistant supports departmental operations through clerical tasks, data analysis, scheduling, travel arrangements, and effective communication.

Oversee departmental administrative operations, supervise office staff, develop processes and policies, manage budgets and operational costs, coordinate office services, purchase supplies and equipment, recruit and train employees, and ensure compliance with internal controls and university procedures.

Leads the University’s enterprise cyber threat intelligence program and serves as the senior expert in AI-enabled cybersecurity operations and automation. Develops threat detection, hunting, incident response, vulnerability prioritization, monitoring, dashboards, playbooks, and automated security workflows. Provides technical leadership during major incidents, establishes responsible AI governance and security controls, researches emerging threats and technologies, and advises cybersecurity, clinical, research, infrastructure, and institutional stakeholders.

Provides one-stop customer service and administrative support to students, parents, faculty, staff, and other constituents. Advises on registration, billing, financial aid, student accounts, and campus services; processes confidential records and documents; manages cases through phone, email, chat, virtual, and in-person channels; researches issues, coordinates referrals, resolves inquiries, and escalates complex matters while complying with FERPA and GLBA.

Manage and administer contracts for procurement of equipment, materials, and services. Review agreements for compliance, advise stakeholders on contractual rights, support amendments, coordinate with legal, perform contract analysis, maintain supplier and system setup, and develop policy and cost analysis to improve contract processes.

Supports UHealth accounting and financial reporting, focusing on month-end close activities for the Miller School of Medicine. Prepares journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analyses, schedules, audit documentation, and management reports. Reviews ledger activity, researches discrepancies, coordinates with internal departments, maintains accounting support files, and assists with year-end close and team cross-training.

Manages the department’s educational programs, including enrollment strategy, recruitment, marketing, budgets, staff supervision, events, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Develops strategic plans, analyzes enrollment data and trends, oversees program effectiveness and compliance, and builds industry partnerships to support student recruitment, retention, onboarding, and alumni outcomes.

Lead fundraising activities for Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery, identifying and cultivating donors, developing solicitation plans with faculty and volunteers, stewarding gifts, coordinating donor visits and clinical facilitation, documenting contacts in i-BIS, collaborating with medical departments and central development, and meeting individual and team fundraising goals.

Prepares, organizes, validates, scans, indexes, and quality-checks documents for accurate digital storage. Loads and sorts batches, troubleshoots scanning equipment, reviews reports for missing files, prints and saves images, and securely files or disposes of originals while following confidentiality and university procedures.
