As a Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through vehicle purchases, ensure follow-ups, maintain relationships, and learn product details to enhance sales.

This role focuses on automotive sales with an opportunity for development into Finance. Responsibilities include high-performance sales, supporting F&I operations, and ensuring compliance.

Sell new and used vehicles to customers, present features and benefits, prospect for new business, maintain follow-up with clients, and deliver outstanding customer service while meeting performance-driven sales goals.

Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts for parts, service, and sales; gather and maintain customer data; schedule appointments; follow up on leads; use phone and basic computer skills to increase appointments, sales, and retention.

Process daily deposits and reconcile cash sales; audit car deals for completeness; track and report missing or incorrect items; scan and maintain deal documentation; review IRS Form 8300s; collaborate with store teams on revenue recognition and process improvements; assist with reconciled schedules; cross-train as Title & Registration backup and meet performance standards.

Perform general ledger posting for new and used vehicle deals, vendor invoice processing and account coding, manufacturer monies accounting, rebate reconciliations, schedule reviews and maintenance, research and resolve variances, and other assigned dealership accounting tasks in a weekday, on-site role.

Perform general ledger posting for vehicle deals, vendor invoice coding/processing, manufacturer monies accounting, RDR and rebate reconciliations, schedule reviews/maintenance, variance research/resolution, and other assigned accounting tasks in a dealership finance center.

Sell new and used vehicles by helping customers choose vehicles, presenting features and benefits, prospecting new business, maintaining client follow-up, and delivering outstanding customer service to meet sales targets.

Greet customers, present vehicles, conduct test drives, prospect and maintain leads in CRM, schedule appointments, assist through write-up and delivery, train and mentor new sales staff, and maintain showroom/lot appearance.

Assist customers through vehicle purchase process: present vehicle features, options, finance and store policies, follow up and maintain customer relationships, track leads in dealership management system, attend product and training courses, and promote lifelong customer satisfaction.
