Identify and qualify opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, develop capture plans, support proposal and contract activities, partner with engineering and program teams, monitor market and competitor activity, and achieve portfolio growth targets across airborne surveillance, radar, ISR, sensors, and electronic warfare domains.
