Provide primary accounting support for multiple operating companies including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, inventory and manufacturing accounting, ERP optimization, acquisition integrations, audit support, and process improvements while partnering with operational leaders and traveling periodically to sites.

Lead and execute supply chain strategy, oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics; manage supplier performance and contracts; mentor buyers; optimize ERP/MRP forecasting; ensure on-time delivery, compliance, and cross-functional alignment with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.
