Manage non-licensed real estate transaction tasks from contract to close: track deadlines, ensure compliance documentation, update transaction systems, communicate with agents/clients/third parties, process expenses and commissions, and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely closings and accurate agent payouts.

Provide front-line support to agents and branch leaders: troubleshoot office systems, assist with onboarding and marketing (social media and in-house tools), coordinate events and office operations, maintain office supplies and facilities coordination, and support recruitment and recognition activities. Serve as a culture carrier and cross-team liaison to ensure smooth operational workflows and agent success.

Serve as strategic marketing partner to Palm Beach and Wellington agents, drive adoption of the Home Platform, deliver training and change management, oversee marketing campaigns and listing launches, mentor one direct report, manage vendors and budgets, and collaborate with leadership and corporate teams to optimize digital marketing, CRM use, and luxury branding.

Provide administrative, operational, and sales support for a luxury residential sales gallery: manage sales and inventory databases, reports, schedules, communications, lead and transaction tracking, marketing materials, office technology, vendor relationships, and event logistics to ensure high presentation and client service standards.
