Provide centralized operational support for escrow officers and branches throughout the real estate closing lifecycle: review documents, order third-party items, prepare closing files, manage workflow dashboards, communicate file status, assess risk, and ensure compliance to deliver accurate, timely closings.

Supports check processing, vendor relationships, invoice tracking, office supply inventory, printer maintenance, and service requests. Provides coverage for business services while maintaining an organized, clean, and secure work environment.
