Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and lenders to sell title and closing services. Educate agents, host events and workshops, use social media for outreach, track results, and coordinate with escrow officers and managers to close business.

Manage and balance escrow files and funding, handle post-closing tasks, assist with pre-closing and contract review as needed, maintain and record files, send checks and transmit documents to lenders, and support Closers and Managers.

Perform initial title searches and examinations, calculate and apply underwriter rates, support policy issuance and post-closing requests, assist with title-related customer service, and use title plants and online records to complete refinance and purchase title production.

Manage escrow and closing process from contract review to funding and closing. Verify paperwork, coordinate with agents, lenders, and third parties, train assistants, build agent relationships, and ensure timely, accurate, compliant real estate closings.

Perform title searches and examinations for residential, commercial and acreage properties in Colorado; review and interpret legal documents; make insurability decisions; respond to objections and indemnity requests; support policy production and post-closing title needs; collaborate with escrow, underwriting, and client teams and assist Title Production Manager with oversight and decision-making.

Represent the title agency to real estate agents and lenders by building relationships, educating agents on industry/local developments, coordinating introductions to escrow officers, hosting events, using social media, preparing weekly reports, and following up to win title and closing business.

Manage earnest money deposits, prepare and disburse funding, reconcile trust accounts, coordinate with lenders/agents, review files pre-funding, and maintain compliance with escrow policies while providing customer service and operational support.
