Own the product lifecycle: prioritize backlog, write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate cross-functional teams, run UAT with QA, and improve platform workflows and API integrations to deliver high-value features.

Serve as primary customer contact across phone, email, and live chat; diagnose and resolve account and technical issues; manage and track tickets in CRM/helpdesk; escalate complex bugs to product/engineering; contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base to improve support efficiency.
