Manages end-to-end payroll operations, including processing, tax reporting, reconciliations, filings, audits, controls, compliance, and legislative updates. Leads and develops the payroll team, partners with People Practices and Finance on policies, deductions, and system integrations, and drives process and technology improvements to ensure accurate, timely compensation delivery.

Coordinates daily office operations, including supplies, inventory, shared spaces, meetings, food orders, events, facilities requests, purchasing cards, fleet coordination, reception coverage, mail, deliveries, and office cleanliness. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. English-Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to select leaders by managing complex calendars, meetings, communications, confidential information, travel, and expenses. Prepares executive presentations and reports, coordinates with senior stakeholders, tracks action items, improves administrative processes, and supports onboarding and mentoring of administrative team members. Requires discretion, professionalism, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.

Leads advanced electrical BIM modeling and detailed drawing development using Revit, AutoCAD, Evolve, and Navisworks. Reviews models for accuracy, constructability, and code compliance; mentors modelers; resolves multidisciplinary coordination issues; and supports prefabrication, material planning, and field installation. Also improves modeling workflows and standards.

Develop and coordinate electrical BIM models, drawings, and schematics using Revit, AutoCAD, Evolve, and Navisworks. Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and field personnel to create constructible, code-compliant designs; identify model clashes; support material take-offs and prefabrication planning; and maintain design revision documentation.

Coordinates and maintains detailed project schedules, monitors progress, identifies delays and resource constraints, resolves scheduling conflicts, and communicates updates to stakeholders. Analyzes project data, documents schedule changes, supports reporting, and incorporates lessons learned and best practices into future planning. Works with internal and external partners to align milestones, resources, project objectives, and client expectations.
