Job Summary:
Applies industrial engineering principles to support prefabrication and manufacturing operations through analysis, process improvement, and system optimization. Contributes to design and refinement of production workflows, standard work, and logistics processes under guidance. Supports predictable, efficient, and safe production outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supports analysis and improvement of production workflows, workcells, and material handling systems.
Assists with development and documentation of standard work and sequencing logic.
Collects and analyzes production data to support efficiency, quality, and waste reduction efforts.
Participates in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives under guidance.
Collaborates with manufacturing, product, and project teams to support production planning and execution.
Assists with quality checks, inspection processes, and compliance documentation as required.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field required.
Work Experience:
2–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or operations analysis required.
Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
