Build and maintain industry partnerships supporting workplace learning and workforce development. Identify prospective partners, assess company training needs, recommend ITE programs, develop trainee opportunities, analyze workforce trends, coordinate internal stakeholders, and support workplace learning program delivery through administrative and operational duties.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring partner fees, administering government grants, supporting procurement, tracking budgets, analyzing data, and preparing management reports. The role also requires coordinating with training partners and responding to stakeholder needs.

Manage the organisation’s investment portfolio, including recommendations, execution, accounting, performance monitoring, reporting, and audit matters. Review investment policies, support the Finance and Investment Committee, prepare government returns, conduct data analytics, and improve finance processes through technology and automation. Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and ad hoc projects while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Requires extensive infrastructure leadership experience, ITIL expertise, project management certification, and knowledge of Microsoft, Unix/Linux, VMware, storage, databases, cloud, and M365 technologies.

Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns promoting nutrition, physical activity and the Healthy 365 app. Develop through-the-line strategies, drive stakeholder alignment, apply consumer insights and digital analytics, monitor and optimise campaign performance, manage budgets/procurement/forecasting, liaise with agencies and media partners, and handle social media engagement via the Customer Experience Management platform.
