Lead user-centred product design across discovery, prototyping, and validation. Conduct user research, create flows/wireframes/high-fidelity designs, maintain design systems, run usability testing, iterate from insights, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver accessible, scalable digital experiences.

Grow corporate clientele, identify industry needs, develop customised training solutions, manage programme lifecycles, generate and convert leads, and strengthen relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders. Collaborate with academic, marketing, communications, and operations teams; track performance; support government grant applications; and contribute to SkillsFuture and workforce transformation initiatives.

Lead skills assessment, design and implement training programmes, coordinate workshops and partners, secure funding, monitor performance and ROI, report outcomes, and drive continuous learning and industry-aligned workforce development.
