The role coordinates programme development and delivery, collaborates with academic and marketing teams, tracks business development performance, supports government grant applications, and strengthens relationships with corporate and industry stakeholders.

Validates and maintains tree inventory data across GIS layers through desktop analysis and field verification. The role identifies discrepancies, supports GIS platform optimisation, produces data quality reports, develops validation procedures, and collaborates with operations and IT teams on digital transformation initiatives. Strong tree species identification, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort working outdoors are required. GIS and quality assurance training will be provided.

Supports the establishment and growth of ENCORE, an intergenerational hub, by coordinating operations, programmes, projects, events, stakeholder engagements, procurement, budgeting, logistics, reporting, communications, and committee activities. The role develops workflows and operating procedures, maintains data repositories, identifies process improvement and automation opportunities, and helps launch new initiatives and partnerships in a dynamic environment.
