Supports the sales team by managing dealer inventory reporting, invoice and discount documentation, dealer communications, sales records, and activity tracking. Serves as a technical expert in process engineering, supporting manufacturing operations and improvement initiatives. Leads marine seating and upholstery projects from concept through production launch. Manages timelines, budgets, customer expectations, prototypes, validation, engineering documentation, BOMs, supplier coordination, and launch readiness. Develops manufacturable seating systems, foam components, and interior products while driving quality, cost, efficiency, tooling, fixture, and process improvements. Supports production ramp-up, project reviews, customer engagement, and technical business development.
