Support senior leadership in planning large-scale global initiatives: conduct research and feasibility, create planning documents and risk analyses, maintain Asana and version control, coordinate stakeholders across departments, support global partner due diligence, and prepare progress reports for handoff to executing teams.

Provide operational support for enrollment systems: configure Slate components, run tests, maintain documentation and multilingual resources, perform data validation/cleanup, support imports/exports and reporting, monitor issues, collaborate with IT and vendors, and drive continuous improvement of enrollment processes.
