Maintains the general ledger, prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet and bank accounts, supports month-end and year-end close, records accounts receivable and contributions, prepares aging reports and allocation schedules, and assists with cash flow estimates and annual budgeting. Provides backup support for accounts payable and payroll while maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation.

Manages CAP Northwest’s Salesforce environment and integrated fundraising technology ecosystem. Leads CRM administration, system integrations, fundraising data, reporting, gift processing, reconciliation, and workflow optimization. Partners with Advancement and Finance to ensure accurate donor, gift, pledge, campaign, and contributed-revenue records. Supervises an Advancement Associate and supports strategic fundraising operations, donor engagement, and analytics.
