The Senior HR Business Partner will lead HR operations and serve as an advisor to leadership across multiple states, managing workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance.

Prepare complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, S-corps, fiduciaries and nonprofits. Provide year-end tax planning and client consulting, support payroll tax reporting, research tax rules, review peers' work, and mentor and train junior tax preparers. Address client questions and notices and deliver technical guidance.

Provide strategic financial consulting to agricultural producers: analyze financial data, prepare GAAP-based reporting, budgets, cash flow and consolidation, mentor clients on financial practices, develop lender reporting packages, and lead training and presentations to improve client financial outcomes.
