Supports the orchestra’s digital presence by maintaining website content, coordinating website rebuild activities, managing video and audio assets, preparing basic analytics, and ensuring accessible, accurate digital experiences. The role builds event pages, updates copy, troubleshoots routine website issues with vendors, proofreads marketing materials, and supports digital content strategy, audience engagement, and marketing operations.

Supports the creation, editing, scheduling, monitoring, and performance reporting of organic and paid social media content. Captures photo and video at rehearsals, concerts, and events; proofreads marketing materials; coordinates storytelling across teams; and assists with paid social campaigns. The role requires strong writing, visual judgment, organization, communication, and familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
