Provide administrative, clerical, and technical support to Early Head Start and Neil Hellman Preschool programs: answer phones, manage files and mail, assist with data management and reports, audit attendance and client files, prepare meeting documents, support emergency preparedness and MSDS maintenance, and maintain welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.

Perform billing and collections for programs governed by contracts or grants, apply payments, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, file fiscal reports, support A/R team, and produce analyses and reports as assigned.

Prepare and manage fiscal operating and capital budgets, perform cost and variance analyses, maintain federal/state compliance and reporting (including Early Head Start), process payroll and position requisitions, prepare claims and financial closings, and support management with budgetary reporting and audits.
