Performs daily accounts payable activities, including invoice, requisition, purchase order, credit card, petty cash, vendor record, check run, reconciliation, reporting, and journal entry processing. Maintains financial records in Blackbaud Financial Edge, conducts periodic petty cash audits, and supports Accounts Payable colleagues. The role reports to the Director of Finance and is performed onsite.
