Processes ACH, wire transfers, bill payments, mobile deposits, and recurring transactions accurately and timely. Reconciles activity, investigates exceptions, identifies fraud risks, and maintains compliance with NACHA, Regulation E, Regulation CC, BSA, and internal policies. Provides professional support to branches, customers, and internal teams; documents inquiries and resolutions; participates in cross-training, process improvement, risk mitigation, and issue escalation.

The role partners with branch managers, lenders, and bank leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and effective customer education.

Provides customer service through an Interactive Teller Machine by processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries. Answers calls, resolves customer requests, maintains confidentiality, follows banking regulations and security procedures, and identifies opportunities to promote bank products. Builds customer relationships, completes required documentation accurately, and uses bank technology and software applications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; related experience is beneficial but not required.

Manage commercial credit relationships and support loan officers with new loan requests, renewals, modifications, and documentation. Analyze financial statements, assess borrower creditworthiness, recommend loan structures, prepare and present credit packages, monitor construction loans, coordinate closings, and support portfolio growth. Serve as a borrower contact, collaborate with credit and loan operations teams, recommend product improvements, and refer customers to additional banking services.

Reviews appraisal reports for new and renewal loan requests, performs or reviews in-house evaluations, resolves appraisal errors and deficiencies, and helps maintain the approved appraiser database. The role requires knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, strong communication and analytical decision-support skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance is preferred, along with three years of appraisal review, commercial real estate, or finance experience.
