Manage and grow existing customer accounts while developing new business in the industrial hardware sector. Responsibilities include inside and outside sales, cold calling, customer support, product sourcing and quoting, purchase-order follow-through, and local travel to support accounts. The role requires industrial hardware sales experience, strong communication, organization, persistence, computer proficiency, independence, and resourcefulness.

Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs, perform variance and margin analysis, maintain inventory valuation per GAAP, support month- and year-end closes, prepare cost reports, and collaborate with operations to improve costing and controls.
