Plastic Molding Manufacturing – America’s Technology Molder is in search of a talented Office Manager to join our team!
A typical day for a Corporate Office Manager will include:
- Check in daily with each plant - confirm staffing, follow up on actions progress, check for plant needs. Escalate items as needed
- Standardize and maintain processes, templates and tools (meeting agendas, RFQ logs, customer lists and tracking sheets)
- Organize and update company phone chart, job checklists/responsibilities and other resources as needed
- Coordinate companywide lunch schedule and equipment
- Verify plants are performing, safety meetings (HVAC PM's, dates etc) and facility requirements
- Researching ad hoc; any and all topics
Position Details:
The schedule for this role will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. The pay is dependent upon skill-set and experience.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of Office Administrator/Office Management or executive assistant experience.
- Critical thinking
- Prior experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), CRM, Teams, ERP and other systems
- Corporate calendar management
- Plan and coordinate executive meetings and travel including agendas scheduling and follow up
Skills Required
- 3+ years of office administration, office management, or executive assistant experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Experience with CRM, Teams, ERP, and other business systems
- Corporate calendar management experience
- Experience planning and coordinating executive meetings and travel, including agendas, scheduling, and follow-up
