Reviews, drafts, negotiates, and processes clinical research contracts, clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, work statements, and sub-recipient awards. Lead configuration, support, and roadmap execution for Workday Finance modules. Manage backlog, stakeholder prioritization, UAT, case resolution, releases, and a team of architects, configurators, and analysts while enforcing governance and best practices.

Coordinate departmental administrative operations including space, facilities, office services, budgeting, and special projects. Support onboarding, policy implementation, renovation and move coordination, records maintenance, and collaborate with central services. Prepare reports and financial analyses, may supervise administrative staff, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.

Lead design, development, and deployment of Workday HCM/Payroll/Finance architecture. Define integrations, security, data governance, and compliance. Oversee complex configurations, troubleshoot escalations, mentor teams, and align Workday solutions with business needs.

Perform statistical and data analyses supporting reentry research; design studies, manage and validate datasets, create visualizations and reports, communicate findings to stakeholders, collaborate on grants and publications, and maintain data security and documentation.
