Supports EGLE agency projects and work requests by serving as the liaison between DTMB and stakeholders. Facilitates requirements elicitation, process reviews, process modeling, strategy discussions, road-map development, and consensus building. Develops and manages Agile user stories, helps stakeholders comply with DTMB policies, and supports IT solution implementation.
