Support product manufacturing to meet customer requirements and cost goals. Implement product changes, model additions, and cost-reduction programs. Provide cross-functional product engineering support, interpret technical drawings, perform testing and measurement, communicate and train technical audiences, and interface with customers and internal teams to improve production efficiency and quality.

Serve as corporate liaison for production scheduling and order fulfillment. Develop, publish, and maintain global master production schedules, enter and manage customer orders, expedite schedule changes, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate ECN effectivity with Purchasing, Scheduling, and Production.

Lead development and improvement of automated electrical test systems and software for manufacturing. Create test routines, coordinate NPI, mentor engineers/technicians, manage projects, perform root-cause analysis, ensure test plan compliance, and support production, costing, and automation at a corporate scale.

Assist product and process engineers to design electronic circuits and firmware for keyboard/ODM products, build and debug prototypes, develop quality control specs, use CAD/EECAD tools, interface with suppliers and manufacturing, and support engineering training.

Supports production and engineering by eliminating rework through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, process controls, data analysis, training, lean initiatives, and new product introductions. Leads internal audits and helps maintain quality certifications. Collaborates with production, engineering, program managers, suppliers, and customers to improve manufacturing processes, documentation, equipment, and quality outcomes.

Manage site production planning at the Arkansas facility: lead production planners, develop and monitor build schedules and forecasts, track on-time delivery and production KPIs, analyze forecast-to-production data, coordinate recovery plans for risks/delays, lead S&OP meetings, interface with customers, maintain document control and engineering document vault, and manage department budget and compliance.

Support the Site Controller with month-end close tasks, routine journal entry preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, NRE invoicing, rebillable/tariff updates, ad-hoc financial reporting and audit support. Assist cross-functional teams and prepare reports as required.

Support the Plant Controller by performing month-end close tasks, preparing journal entries, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, miscellaneous invoicing, maintaining control logs, supporting rebill/tariff processes, and providing audit materials and management reports.

Assists in electrical test engineering support, including developing test systems, coordinating projects, auditing production, and providing technical support.

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules; release customer orders in CMS; coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Materials, and Program Managers to resolve material shortages and meet customer commit dates.
