Provides broad HR support across recruiting, staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, safety, workers’ compensation, records, and employee programs. Supports policy development, manager coaching, employee evaluations and disciplinary actions, and maintains training records. Leads reception and mailroom personnel while supporting front-desk operations and positive employee and visitor experiences.

Provides human resources and reception support, including applicant interview scheduling, applicant tracking, training records, benefits and payroll assistance, employee program coordination, reporting, and organizational chart updates. Operates the telephone switchboard, greets visitors, schedules conference rooms, manages building access badges, reconciles petty cash, purchases office supplies, and coordinates mail. Supports electronics manufacturing operations by developing production processes, determining routing and equipment needs, monitoring process indicators, improving work instructions, installing tooling, interpreting PCB and mechanical documentation, implementing engineering changes, and preparing labor quotations with sales, quoting, and program management teams.

Support quotation, development and continuous improvement of electronics manufacturing processes. Provide technical production support (SMT, soldering, assembly, test), design routings, specify equipment, create work instructions, monitor process KPIs, interpret PCB/PCBA and mechanical drawings, manage ECR/ECO implementation, and work with quoting, sales, and program management on labor estimates.

Leads the Test Engineering team, managing daily operations, staffing, workload, budgets, performance, and technical roadmaps. Oversees NPI procedures, site transfers, production quotes, design reviews, developmental activities, and design-for-manufacturability standards. Provides engineering support, coordinates cross-functional and international teams, interfaces with customers, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Develops, implements, supports, and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, programming, and testing. Resolves production and quality issues, improves first-pass yield and efficiency, supports capital equipment projects, coordinates engineering activities, and maintains process documentation. The role interfaces with production, project engineering, customers, and internal departments while ensuring compliance with ISO procedures, ESD policies, and company quality standards in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Lead and support quality management systems using statistical analysis, lean methods, and continuous improvement. Interface with customers and manufacturing on quality requirements, generate reports, audit processes, manage PPAP/PPFs/FMEAs, and drive corrective actions (8D/7D) to closure.

Manages RFQ, new product introduction, and customer product transfer programs. Leads cross-functional launch teams, administers contracts, tracks timelines, milestones, resources, costs, quality, delivery, and action items. Assesses risks and business concerns, recommends solutions, communicates customer and technical issues, and coordinates responsibilities across departments. Requires cross-functional project management experience, cost accounting knowledge, business analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project.

Develop and support electrical product testing systems, including hardware, software, automation, test routines, and data collection. Maintain and calibrate test equipment, create manufacturing documentation, support customer technical needs, and train internal departments. The role covers testing technologies such as AOI, flying probe, in-circuit testing, boundary scan, X-ray, device programming, environmental screening, and PCBA or system-level functional testing.

Plans and procures materials for production schedules using an MRP system. Maintains master production schedules, customer orders, inventory and system data, analyzes reports, expedites materials, and coordinates with production, purchasing, engineering, and sales. Responds to customer inquiries, supports product-related projects, and ensures engineering changes align with production plans.
