Reviews impound dispatches, gathers release fees and documentation, and coordinates service providers to retrieve and deliver vehicles. Communicates with impound facilities, clients, customers, and providers by phone and other channels; documents calls, tracks statuses, resolves logistical issues, escalates concerns, and meets performance objectives. The role requires accurate computer use, multitasking, follow-up, attention to detail, and adherence to company procedures. This is an onsite, full-time position in Boca Raton, Florida.

The role involves frequent communication, outbound outreach, account reviews, reporting, trade show participation, and up to 20% travel.

Processes high-volume cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members through phone, email, and mail. Reviews required documentation, follows processing and archiving procedures, communicates professionally, provides customer service, assists with paper application data entry in the Affinity database, and supports ad hoc projects. The role requires attention to detail, discrepancy resolution, multitasking, deadline management, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Dispatch Specialists assist customers needing roadside assistance, handle service provider coordination, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Manage billing and cash collections for assigned client accounts, process daily receipts, reconcile accounts, investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, make collection calls and delinquent notices, audit payments, document communications, maintain AR aging, escalate credit risks, and support billing/payment automation efforts.

Support and optimize the client journey across pre-onboarding, onboarding, ongoing maintenance, and offboarding. Execute onboarding tasks, document client requirements, monitor progress, resolve issues, assist tech and project teams, maintain system entries, conduct QA, collect feedback, and drive process improvements to enhance deal velocity and client satisfaction.

Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver Roadside Assistance (RSA) platform enhancements. Own the product roadmap, backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate with Sales, Ops, Compliance, and external partners; manage releases, scope, risk, QA, and go-to-market activities to deliver compliant, scalable, revenue-driven solutions.
