Leads federal and commercial capture activities for AI/ML, computer vision, and software opportunities. Identifies and evaluates DoD and Intelligence Community opportunities, develops capture strategies, shapes pre-RFP requirements, conducts competitive assessments, and builds customer and partner relationships. Coordinates pricing, teaming, marketing, capability briefings, CRM pipeline management, forecasts, and transition from capture to proposal. Supports long-term growth strategy and proposal activities.

Develop data ingestion, visualization, and scalable software tools, collaborate with teammates and customers, document results, and support deployment on customer systems. Apply statistical techniques to assess algorithm performance.
