Manage internal revenue operations, pre-sales contract and deal desk processes, and light HubSpot administration. Administer Salesforce for client-facing projects, bridge HubSpot and Salesforce data, and support infrastructure project management and compliance certification efforts such as SOC 2 and ISO. Act as a bilingual legal-technology expert architecting AI-powered contract solutions and drafting CLM redlining rules (80%). Serve as legal tech SME in client meetings, test and improve AI legal tools, train global teams, and handle in-house client/supplier contracts, compliance, and corporate governance (20%).

Provide high-level executive support to C-suite leaders: manage calendars, complex global travel, high-profile communications, confidential personal and financial tasks, anticipate needs, make independent decisions, and liaise with global executives to protect and optimize executive time.

Lead and own Execo's marketing: strategy, brand, ABM, organic demand generation, HubSpot campaign execution, and thought leadership. Manage and mentor the Marketing Manager, partner with sales and delivery, use AI tooling in workflows, deliver pipeline and reporting, and build durable systems and documented plays to scale marketing performance.
