Provides in-house legal counsel across commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, labor and employment matters, litigation, and legal risk management. Drafts and negotiates agreements involving development, manufacturing, distribution, and sales; advises business leaders; coordinates external counsel; conducts legal research; maintains legal templates; and collaborates with international legal teams. The role requires a licensed attorney who can independently manage complex legal projects and provide practical legal guidance.

Prepare and submit accurate project submittals, coordinate with estimators, project and financial managers, request shop drawings, POs, and subcontracts, order materials and production roll orders, manage subcontractor communication, maintain Wrike project updates, execute change orders, and close projects. Requires travel (~30%).

Manage day-to-day US treasury operations across regional entities including cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking and factoring programs, and coordination with Group Treasury. Lead rollout of the Treasury Information System, ensure policy compliance, analyze liquidity forecasts, drive process improvements, and communicate cash needs to Group Treasury.

The role requires extensive travel throughout the Southwest Region and focuses on building relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Build and maintain Power BI/Qlik dashboards and integrated CRM/ERP data models, monitor CRM data quality, analyze pipeline/forecast/revenue/margin, and deliver KPI-driven insights, documentation, training, and ad hoc analysis to Sales and RevOps leadership.

Lead global sourcing strategy for MRO, equipment rentals, and capital purchases. Conduct market research, manage supplier relationships and contracts, negotiate pricing and payment terms, drive cost-reduction programs, support implementation and escalation for supply issues, and mentor sourcing team members.

Lead development and execution of planning, scheduling, SIOP/S&OE, inventory, capacity, and procurement across multiple manufacturing sites. Optimize ERP and advanced planning systems, improve forecast accuracy, inventory metrics, and on-time delivery. Drive continuous improvement, standardize reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to align demand and supply plans.

Support internal sales team by processing and entering orders, managing inventory feeds and samples, distributing sales orders through SYNOffice, coordinating with service providers and warehouses, handling high call volume, and assisting managers with compliance and onboarding processes for new accounts.
