Lead and manage the Creative Services team to protect the DSO brand, develop campaign concepts, and deliver high-quality creative across print, digital, video, environmental, and social channels. Oversee production workflows, vendor relationships, budgets, and project schedules while collaborating with marketing to drive audience engagement and ticket sales.

Lead campaign operations and execution for a major fundraising effort, manage a portfolio of donors, develop proposals and gift documentation, track prospects in the CRM, produce reports and briefings, support volunteer campaign committees, and coordinate stewardship and recognition activities.

Provide budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and grant/restricted fund reporting. Support month-end close, audits, dashboard/KPI development, and cross-functional financial decision support for leadership and departments.
