Provide Tier 1/2 internal technical support, administer user accounts and permissions, manage Shopify storefront and payment/shipping integrations, support business software integrations (Salesforce, DocuSign, Sage Intacct, ShipHero, Agilix Buzz), monitor integrations, assist schools with LMS onboarding, document workflows, coordinate vendor support, and participate in system improvement and project initiatives.

Review and verify editorial corrections for K-12 curriculum materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project guidelines, timelines, and budgets. Improve manuscript clarity through multiple revision cycles, track and confirm revisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflows, and complete special projects which may include occasional travel or after-hours work.
