The Lead Support Staff supervises front office operations, manages staff schedules, handles client interactions, oversees financial assessments, and ensures compliance with safety and administrative protocols.

Support Staff performs basic office duties including answering phones, maintaining logs, assisting with scheduling, and conducting client financial assessments to facilitate smooth operations.

Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS data entry, background and drug screening, unemployment claims support, intern placement, position descriptions, performance review processes, exit/stay interviews, HR policy/procedure updates, and provide backup to the Director of HR.
