Provide clerical HR support including data entry, scanning, filing, onboarding paperwork, entering new hires into HR software, maintaining records and spreadsheets, and sending paperwork to Corporate HR.

Assist the Operations Manager with daily logistics and staff scheduling for tours, shuttles, concerts, and special events. Perform opening/closing and Manager-on-Duty duties, dispatch loops and charters, ensure DOT/OSHA/ADA compliance and safety, maintain client and media relationships, and support sales and customer service. Requires CDL acquisition, valid driving record, DOT physical, background/MVR/drug screening, and city tour guide license.
