Senior HR leader partnering with CHRO and operational leaders to implement system-wide HR strategies across healthcare settings. Advises on employee relations and legal compliance, drives leadership development, compensation alignment, HRIS collaboration, workforce analytics, change management, and training to improve engagement, retention, and operational performance.

Performs independent internal audits and risk assessments, evaluates internal controls, communicates audit findings, assists external auditors, and completes assigned goals to improve operations and compliance.

Provide administrative support including preparing confidential reports, correspondence and presentations; manage office files, calendars, and schedules; handle inquiries, record minutes, and use office software to generate documents and spreadsheets. Works independently and may oversee others.

Perform risk‑based IT audits of systems, applications, databases and infrastructure (including EHR/EMR), assess ITGC, cybersecurity and data privacy risks, ensure HIPAA/NIST compliance, prepare audit reports, and advise stakeholders on corrective actions and control improvements.

Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, lead financial analyses and decision-support projects, ensure data integrity in financial data warehouses, use core transaction and financial reporting systems, and complete assigned goals.

Manage end-to-end physician recruitment for primary and specialty care in assigned markets: source candidates, coordinate interviews, assess fit, advise leadership on hiring strategy and budgets, maintain stakeholder communication, and meet assigned recruitment goals. Requires strong communication, organization, and healthcare industry knowledge.

Provide academic leadership for the College of Sciences & General Studies, overseeing curriculum, accreditation, faculty hiring and development, budgeting, enrollment and student success initiatives, community and industry partnerships, and continuous improvement of teaching and learning aligned with the university's mission.
