Serve as a strategic recruitment partner to leaders, manage full-cycle hiring from high-volume entry-level to executive roles, build talent pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, use ATS and metrics, promote employer brand, attend career events, and collaborate on onboarding, workforce planning, and retention.

Lead enterprise HR strategy and operations for three manufacturing sites (265+ employees). Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, compensation/benefits, HRIS, performance management, succession planning, compliance, and leadership development. Advise executive team and lead cross-functional HR initiatives supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Lead HR strategy and partner with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, compliance, and HR program alignment. Coach a direct report and front-line leaders, manage HRIS initiatives, support organizational design, succession planning, and deliver HR solutions to meet business objectives.

Lead sales and marketing strategy to grow revenue, manage and mentor sales teams and reps, develop new and existing customer opportunities, coordinate cross-functional activities (engineering, manufacturing, quality, customer service), oversee CRM and sales technology, maintain the website and marketing channels, produce forecasts and reports, support M&A diligence and integration, and provide leadership for customer service and post-win product introduction processes.
