Reviews complex and high-risk claims, identifies control and compliance gaps, oversees AI-enabled claims functionality, prepares QA reports, supports corrective actions and training, monitors regulatory developments, tracks licensing compliance, and ensures timely reinsurance and large-loss reporting.

Designs user-centric Power BI dashboards and reports by gathering business requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, applying data visualization and accessibility principles, and collaborating with global development teams. The role improves dashboard usability based on feedback and translates complex data into actionable visuals. It requires onsite work at least four days per week and values experience with Tableau, Qlik, agile methodologies, and Power BI data modeling.

Manage specialty commercial insurance claims, including D&O, E&O, EPL, fiduciary, and crime claims, from investigation and coverage evaluation through settlement. Review policies, establish reserves, prepare reports, communicate developments, collaborate with counsel and underwriting, manage vendors and litigation budgets, participate in mediations, and support claim trend and policy language analysis. The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and investigative skills, a bachelor’s degree, Juris Doctor, adjuster licensing, and four days onsite weekly.

Supports excess casualty underwriting by reviewing account risks, preparing new and renewal business for quoting, validating application and financial data, coordinating with underwriters and brokers, analyzing reports and market trends, and maintaining underwriting systems. The role also assists with policy language, regulatory updates, process improvement, automation initiatives, management reporting, and training new underwriting assistants.

Analyzes business processes, systems, and operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Documents current-state processes, develops procedures and workflow diagrams, supports audits, and evaluates change effectiveness. Collaborates with stakeholders on project scopes, business cases, implementation, testing, training, and UAT releases. Monitors KPIs, recommends system and process enhancements, provides training and technical assistance, and coordinates multiple initiatives across business, IT, and servicing departments.
