Performs original and complex cataloging, classification, archival processing, metadata creation, authority control, and quality assurance across diverse library and archival materials. Develops descriptions, research guides, policies, and cataloging projects; supervises students and volunteers; maintains statistics; supports reading room operations, tours, and researcher assistance. Investigate and resolve sexual misconduct, harassment, and discrimination complaints; maintain confidential records; monitor trends and institutional risk; develop policies, reports, training, prevention programs, and educational materials; advise senior leadership; and collaborate with campus stakeholders and legal counsel.

Supports NCAA Division I compliance operations by monitoring recruiting, eligibility, amateurism, time management, athletic activities, and camp or clinic requests. Maintains compliance documentation, coordinates eligibility certification and sport-specific time management plans, reconciles activity logs, conducts rules education, supports audits and interpretations, and collaborates with admissions, registrar, academic support, coaches, and student-athletes.

Coordinates public relations and communications for a museum, including drafting news releases, managing media contacts, arranging interviews, promoting events, writing newsletters and website content, executing email campaigns, supporting community outreach, and representing the museum at public events. Collaborates with leadership and marketing, curatorial, education, and development teams. Requires occasional travel, evening and weekend availability, and responsiveness to media inquiries outside standard hours.

Reports on planned and breaking news in the Tulsa area, produces enterprise features and spot news, and contributes content to NPR and other outlets. Updates the station website and social media, substitutes as an on-air host, collaborates with other public radio stations, represents the station at events, supports fundraising, and mentors junior reporters and interns.

Provides executive leadership for the University’s financial and administrative operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury, investments, audit, risk, compliance, and technology-related functions. Advises the President and Board of Trustees, develops long-term financial strategy, oversees complex budgets and administrative departments, ensures regulatory compliance, and builds collaborative, transparent, high-performing teams.

The role includes weekend on-call rotations, local and statewide travel, and occasional overnight travel.
